How to join The Fridays

• Our rides are organised by our club, The Fridays Cycling Club. You must be a member to take part in one of our rides. You also need third party liability insurance.

• Below are the steps you need to take to join The Fridays and how to obtain insurance via membership of Cycling UK (our recommended provider).

Step 1 

Join the Fridays

• Cost? We are currently changing our membership process, so during 2026 we will be offering free membership.

• From 2027 membership of the Fridays will cost £10 per year

• You can join here - but we will also automatically add you as a member when you register for a ride during 2026.

Step 2

Purchase 3rd Party Insurace

• We are an affiiliate membership group of  Cycling UK (CUK), and we recommend our members join  CUK either as an individual or as a family, on the main Cycling UK membership page. Membership options, prices and benefits are listed there too.
